Scholarship Information
Overview
Students in the School of Civil and Construction Engineering are awarded in excess of $200,000 in scholarships. Most scholarships are awarded through one of four entities:
- University Awards (OSU Foundation)
- College of Engineering
- School of Civil and Construction Engineering
- Private Organizations
Note that there are also federal aid and loan programs. These programs are
not addressed here, but additional information is available at http://oregonstate.edu/admin/finaid/steps.html.
The All-University scholarships include Presidential, Laurels,
Diversity Achievement, and Provost's scholarships.
A number of awards are available through the College of Engineering,
based on need and scholastic merit. Students may submit one form to
be considered for all College of Engineering and school scholarships.
Scholarship application forms are available on-line beginning in March and must
be submitted by early April. Application materials and submission deadlines
are posted at the College of Engineering website. Another helpful scholarship resource is on the Women & Minorities in Engineering website.
